Overview
Our refund and returns policy period is 30 days from the original date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Special-Order or personalized items are not returnable or refundable. Please verify that everything is correct before purchasing the product(s) in this situation.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, which we will typically have record of, but may request that you provide a copy for verification purposes.
Partial refunds may be granted for the following reasons at our discretion:
- Any item not in its original, unused condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is requested to be returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that was ordered in error (i.e. wrong size or color).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days determined by the payment processor.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, first check your method of payment used for the transaction.
Then contact your credit card company or your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive to you defective or damaged and exchange it for the exact same item only, no substitutions.
If there are problems with the product(s) when they arrive to you, we require that you send us an email at {email address} and include images of the defect(s) or damage(s) to initiate the process.
In the event that the items in question would need to be returned for exchange, we will provide return shipping information at that time.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit code for the value of your return. Once the returned item is verified as being received, a digital Gift Credit Code will be emailed to you at the email address you request. This code will only be valid for the email address it was sent to when using during a future store checkout process.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser (gift giver) and they will be notified about your intentions to return the product.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide to you during the return process conversation.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If we handle the return shipping arrangements for you and you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance on your return shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and tracking information is the only way to verify that the item was indeed shipped by you and received by us.
